SUBSTRATPRODUKTION KYNAST-LOCKE GMB (HLP) produces ready-to-fruit organic substrates of wood-loving mushrooms for professional mushroom farmers. The main mushroom species HLP focuses on are King Oysters and Shiitake. They deliver 120 t of substrates per week of 1,1kg to 2,5kg bags with their trucks to mushroom farms in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.
Role in the project:
HLP is able to connect the project with professional producers of exotic mushrooms organised in the ESSMI-group (former HLP-group) and also with their customers which are not in the group.
