Asociația Națională a Industriilor de Morărit și Panificație din România (ANAMOB) has the mission of promoting and supporting the interests of economic operators who participate directly and/or indirectly in ensuring prosperity, progress and fair distribution of profit in the agrifood production chains. Their portfolio consists of 350+ completed projects and 500+ satisfied companies. ANAMOB, as an Agrifood Digital Innovation Hub, is promoting and applying the results of research, innovation for the agrifood digital ecosystem development. It is also strengthening the capacity and infrastructure of the digital research-innovation hub to provide the necessary support to the agro-industrial community represented by ANAMOB. Moreover, it is developing European cooperation within the SmartAgriHubs South East Europe Regional Cluster, as well as at a pan-European and international level. ANAMOB is more than an agrifood association; it is an incubator of ideas that has embraced the concept of digitisation in the field. And it has successfully represented that field for more than 20 years.
Role in the project:
ANAMOB is the leader of the Romanian Sustainable Innovation Pilot 7 (SIP 7). The SIP is focused on real-time animal welfare monitoring and control system with seamless integration into existing farm practices for dairy farms. Digital technologies involved are IoT sensors, tracking custom-designed enabled digital ear tags, decision support system, and a user platform.
