By focusing on sustainability, crop diversity, and resource efficiency, Farmtopia helps farmers adopt digital tools that improve productivity without compromising the environment. Through developing digital solutions, providing training and guidance, and running sustainable innovation pilots, Farmtopia is democratizing digital farming, making tools practical, accessible, and user-friendly for small and medium-sized farmers to adopt innovation with confidence.
Digi4Live: Digital Tools for Livestock
While Farmtopia focuses on farm-wide ADSs, Digi4Lives is charting digital and data routes for European livestock tracking. The project is empowering farmers to harness digital technologies and diverse data sources for pigs, poultry, cattle, and sheep. By increasing awareness and adoption of these tools, Digi4Live supports sectors that contribute to over 35% of the EU’s agricultural output, helping farmers make informed decisions while improving productivity and sustainability. By doing so, Digi4Live enhances productivity, animal welfare, and sustainability on farms that raise livestock.
