Farmtopia and IPM Decisions share a common commitment to empowering farmers through digital innovation and evidence-based decision-making. While IPM Decisions provides a pan-European platform for Integrated Pest Management (IPM) decision support systems that help farmers make more sustainable crop protection decisions, Farmtopia focuses on democratizing digital farming by making advanced digital services accessible, interoperable, and easy to adopt for farmers of all sizes. Together, the two initiatives contribute to the wider European vision of sustainable, data-driven agriculture, where digital technologies support productivity, environmental stewardship, and resilience.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, Farmtopia and IPM Decisions will explore joint dissemination and communication activities to maximise the impact of their work such as participation in each other’s workshops, webinars and events, stakeholder engagement activities, and the exchange of knowledge and best practices. Both projects will also explore additional opportunities for collaboration that further support the uptake of digital solutions in European agriculture.
