Farmtopia Strengthens Collaboration Through a Series of March Webinars

Collaboration and knowledge exchange are at the heart of the Farmtopia Project mission. As a Horizon Europe initiative focused on democratizing digital farming and supporting small farms through innovative digital solutions, Farmtopia actively builds synergies with other projects and networks across the agri-food sector.
One of the most effective ways to share expertise, connect communities, and foster innovation is through webinars. These online events allow researchers, farmers, innovators, and policymakers to exchange insights, explore digital solutions, and discuss real-world challenges in agriculture.
This March, Farmtopia is participating and organising series of collaborative webinars with several European projects and initiatives. Each event highlights a different perspective on digital agriculture, sustainability, and innovation, bringing together diverse stakeholders from across the agricultural ecosystem.
Below is an overview of the upcoming webinars.
1. Webinar hosted by ARVALIS
Our consortium partner ARVALIS – Institut du végétal invites you to join the Digicolloque “Le numérique en grandes cultures”, a webinar focused on digital technologies in crop farming.
This session will present technical and economic results in agricultural robotics and site-specific spraying, featuring insights from three European projects, including Farmtopia and its two collaborating partners: AgRoboConnect, and Agri4FoodFuture.
Together, we demonstrate how cross-project collaboration can accelerate the uptake of sustainable digital solutions and bring innovation directly to farmers across Europe.

Just two days later, on 26 March 2026, the spotlight moves to small farms. Hosted by İstanbul Avrupa Araştırmaları Derneği, this webinar explores the cooperation between DIVAGRI and Farmtopia, highlighting efforts to make agricultural digital solutions accessible, affordable, and tailored to the specific needs of smaller operations.
Participants will hear from Tomaz Bokan (ITC – Innovation Technology Cluster), leader of Farmtopia’s Sustainable Innovation Pilot 5, about how these two projects are working together to bridge the gap between innovation and practical farming needs. This is a chance to see how cross-project collaboration can amplify impact, bringing innovative solutions to farmers across Europe.
